     Ratical on April 10, 2008:

   Open up the front end of frame and relocate the front axel.

   Clean up after removing obsolete cross-members.

  On April 17, 2008 we did a preliminary placement of the tail feathers. 

   Did a temporary revised placement of axels so brackets could be designed.
